基于“无废城市”试点工作建立的汽修行业危险废物管理评价体系

Based on the Pilot Work of “Waste Free City”, Established the Hazardous Waste Management Evaluation System of Automobile Repair Industry

2019年5月,生态环境部办公厅印发了《“无废城市”建设试点实施方案编制指南》和《“无废城市”建设指标体系(试行)》,要求强化危险废物规范化管理,严厉打击非法转移、非法利用、非法处置危险废物,从而全面提升危险废物风险防控能力。本文研究调查了汽修企业危险废物的管理现状,并在此基础上建立了一套汽修企业危险废物管理评价体系,以提高汽修企业的危废规范化管理水平。

In May 2019, the general office of the Ministry of ecology and environment issued the guidelines for the preparation of pilot implementation plans for the construction of “waste free cities” and the index system for the construction of “waste free cities”(Trial),which required to strengthen the standardized management of hazardous wastes, crack down on illegal transfer, illegal utilization and illegal disposal of hazardous wastes, so as to comprehensively improve the risk prevention and control ability of hazardous wastes.This paper studies and investigates the current situation of hazardous waste management in automobile repair enterprises, and on this basis establishes a set of hazardous waste management evaluation system in automobile repair enterprises,in order to improves the standardized management level of hazardous waste in automobile repair enterprises.
