摘要
中国是最大的铅锌生产国,也是最大的铅锌消费国,仅在2020年,铅锌的生产总量就达到了1287万吨。通常,在实际的铅锌冶炼过程中,会产生较多的污染物,属于高污染的生产作业,从而严重影响了生产安全和环境安全。但通过铅锌冶炼的科学化、绿色化排放,能最大程度地降低废水的污染性,实现废水处理的合理控制。同时,做好铅锌冶炼废水处理的零排放技术改造,能有效提升生态环保效益,带动绿色化工生产的有效运行。基于此,本文对铅锌冶炼废水零排放处理工程进行了研究,以供参考。
China is the largest producer and consumer of lead and zinc, producing 12.87 million tons of lead and zinc in 2020 alone.Usually, in the actual smelting process of lead and zinc, more pollutants will be produced, which is a high-pollution production operation, thus seriously affecting production safety and environmental safety.But through scientific and green discharge of lead and zinc smelting, the pollution of wastewater can be reduced to the greatest extent and the reasonable control of wastewater treatment can be realized.At the same time, do a good job of zero-discharge technical transformation of lead and zinc smelting wastewater treatment, can effectively improve the ecological environmental benefits, drive the effective operation of green chemical production.Based on this, the zero discharge treatment project of lead and zinc smelting wastewater is studied in this paper, for reference.
