摘要 社会迅猛发展的今天,使人们的思维理念出现了巨大改变,对节能环保提出了更高的要求。传统的水泥回转窑在运行时,通常以煤炭作为主要能源,这会对自然环境造成较大破坏。所以,为了减少煤炭的使用,加强对环境的保护,需要选择工业固废替代物。基于此,本文通过对工业固废替代燃料加工系统的介绍,分析了工业固废替代燃料的收集与处理,并在此基础上,从多个方面分析了工业固废替代燃料的节煤效果,为进一步提升水泥回转窑的环保性能提供参考。 Today, the rapid development of society has made great changes in the people’s thinking concepts, and gradually higher requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection have emerged. When the traditional cement rotary kiln is running,coal is usually used as the main energy source, which will cause great damage to the natural environment. Therefore, in order to reduce the consumption of coal and strengthen the protection of the environment, it is necessary to choose an alternative to industrial solid waste. Based on this, this paper analyzes the collection and treatment of industrial solid waste alternative fuels through the introduction of industrial solid waste alternative fuel processing system, and then analyzes the coal-saving effect of industrial solid waste alternative fuels from multiple aspects on this basis, providing support for further improving the environmental performance of cement rotary kilns.
