摘要 介绍了对某特钢公司采用EAF-LF-VD-CC流程生产高洁度轴承钢GCr15的工艺过程。通过提高电炉出钢碳含量和精炼炉渣碱度、VD炉真空脱气、连铸保护浇铸、控制钢水过热度、轧钢加缓冷工艺等措施,实现了高洁净GCr15轴承钢的稳定生产。钢中氧含量稳定控制在(2~7)×10^(-6)之间,[H]<10,[N]<50×10^(-6),Ti<30×10^(-6),非金属夹杂物达到了高洁净度轴承钢的质量要求,为国内同类电炉工艺生产高品质轴承钢提供了宝贵经验。 The process of producing high-cleanliness bearing steel GCr15 by EAF-LF-VD-CC process in a special steel company is introduced.The stable production of high clean GCr15 bearing steel was realized by increasing carbon content of EAF tapping and basicity of refining slag,vacuum degassing of VD furnace,protective casting of continuous casting,control of overheat of molten steel and slow cooling process of rolling.The content of oxygen in steel is stable between(2~7)×10^(-6),Hydrogen below 10,Nitrogen below 50×10^(-6),Titanium below 30×10^(-6),and the non-metallic inclusions meet the quality requirements of high-cleanliness bearing steel.It provides valuable experience for producing high quality bearing steel by the same kind of EAF process in China.
