镀锌铝镁产线关键设备的改造

介绍了河钢集团唐钢公司利用现有的3#热镀锌线,通过对关键设备的技术改造、功能完善和精度提升,生产镀锌铝镁新产品的全过程。近3年的生产实践表明,锌铝镁镀层产品合格率达到98%以上、防腐性能试验达到预期指标,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

This paper introduces the whole process of producing zinc-coated Al-Mg new products by using the existing3#hot-dip galvanizing line at HBIS Group Tangsteel Company.The production practice in recent three years shows that the qualified rate of Zn-Al-Mg coating reaches over98%,the antiseptic test reaches the expected index,and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
