转炉渣高效处理工艺的应用 被引量:3

摘要 转炉渣含钢量高、硬度大,传统处理方式存在金属料回收率低,转炉渣稳定性不合格,排放超标等问题。介绍了转炉渣辊压破碎有压热闷工艺的技术原理、工艺过程和实践效果。通过有压热闷工艺处理,可得到颗粒级配均匀、稳定性良好的转炉渣,在金属料回收、节能环保和钢渣资源综合利用方面潜力巨大。优化后的有压热闷生产工艺提升了产线作业效率,降低了渣中游离氧化钙含量,提升了尾渣的品位,有助于钢渣资源的综合利用。 Converter slag is characterized by high steel content and high hardness.The traditional treatment method has some problems,such as low recovery rate of metal material,unqualified stability of converter slag and excessive discharge.This paper introduces the technical principle,process and practical effect of rolling and crushing and pressure hot stuffy converter slag.The converter slag with uniform particle size distribution and good stability can be obtained by the process of pressed heat and tightness,which has great potential in metal material recovery,energy saving and environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of steel slag resources.The optimized production process improves the production line efficiency,reduces the content of free calcium oxide in slag,improves the grade of slag,and contributes to the comprehensive utilization of steel slag resources.
