摘要
目的本研究旨在探究基于新理想膳食模式(new model of desirable dietary pattern,N-DDP)评分的平衡膳食模式与天津市老年人认知功能障碍患病率的关系。方法研究对象来自于2017-2018年进入天津慢性炎症与健康队列研究中≥60岁的老年人。按照四分位数法将N-DDP得分范围进行划分,采用多因素Logistic回归进行分析。结果按照纳入排除标准,纳入本研究的对象共2281名,平均年龄及为67.8(±5.2)岁。其中认知功能障碍者862人(37.8%),认知功能正常者1419人(62.2%)。结果显示,在男性人群中,与N-DDP得分最低人群相比,得分最高人群认知功能障碍患病率的多变量调整比值比(95%置信区间)为0.60(0.38,0.95)。女性人群中未发现显著统计学关联。结论在本研究中天津市男性老年人N-DDP得分与认知功能障碍患病率呈负相关,其中N-DDP得分最高分位人群降低了40%认知功能障碍患病率。认真践行中国居民膳食指南有利于改善老年男性认知功能、降低认知功能障碍患病率。
Objective The present study was to investigate the association between the new model of desirable dietary pattern(N-DDP),which is a representative of the balanced dietary pattern,and the prevalence of cognitive impairment in Tianjin elderly.Methods Participants aged 60 or older who were recruited in the Tianjin Chronic Low-Grade Systemic Inflammation and Health Cohort Study from 2017 to 2018 were included in the present study.The associations between the quartiles of the N-DDP scores and the prevalence of cognitive impairment were explored using multivariate logistic regression.Results After exclusion,a total of 2,281 participants were included in the present study.The mean±standard deviation of age was 67.81±5.2.In the study sample,862(37.8%)participants were classified as having cognitive impairment and 1,419(62.2%)participants had normal cognitive function.After multivariable adjustments,compared with the men in the lowest quartile of the N-DDP scores,the OR(95%CI)of cognitive impairment for men in the highest quartile was 0.60(0.38,0.95).No significant association between N-DDP and cognitive impairment was found in women.Conclusion Our findings suggested that the N-DPP score is negatively associated with the prevalence of cognitive impairment in Tianjin elderly men.The participants with the highest score of N-DDP score had a 40%decreased prevalence of cognitive impairment.Adherence to the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents may be beneficial to maintaining cognitive function in Chinese elderly men.
