摘要
该文首先介绍了Vienna整流器的基本原理,并在此基础上分析Vienna整流器的电流过零畸变问题。该文重点从空间矢量图的角度,分析在网侧单位功率因数运行条件下,Vienna整流器输入电流产生过零畸变的本质。此外,对比分析在整流器侧单位功率因数运行条件下的控制方法。在此基础上,推导出一种改进的可以消除Vienna整流器电流过零畸变且最大程度提高电网侧功率因数的方法。最后,对Vienna整流器网侧单位功率因数运行的控制方法、整流器侧单位功率因数运行的控制方法以及所提的改进控制方法进行实验对比。相应的实验结果验证了该文所提控制方法的可行性和优越性。
The basic principle of Vienna rectifier is introduced in this paper, and on this basis, the current zero-crossing distortion problem is analyzed. From the perspective of space vector diagram, the nature of the current zero-crossing distortion of Vienna rectifier is analyzed under the condition of unit power factor in grid side. Moreover, the control method with unit power factor in rectifier side is compared. On this basis, an improved method that can eliminate the current zero-crossing distortion and maximize the power factor in the grid side is obtained for Vienna rectifier in this paper. Finally, the control method with unit power factor in grid-side, in rectifier side and the improved control method are compared by experiments. The feasibility and superiority of the control method proposed in this paper is verified by the corresponding experimental results.
