数字经济深刻改变着中国经济的基本格局,在促进经济高质量发展中彰显出赋能共同富裕的独特功效。立足中国道路、中国情境、中国优势的现实基底,数字经济主要通过市场再转型、财政再增效和价值再重构实现经济均衡增长、财政效能优化与社会公平正义,通过市场机制、财政机制和社会机制三种力量的协同联动,赋能初次分配数量增加、二次分配效率提升和三次分配质量提高。在新发展阶段,需要推动数字经济深度嵌入“有效市场+有为政府+有德社会”三位一体的共同富裕实现新机制,形成在高质量发展中实现共同富裕的中国范式,向世界展示出中国特色社会主义的强大生命力和巨大优越性。

The digital economy is profoundly changing the basic pattern of China’s economy and playing a unique role in promoting high-quality economic development and promoting common prosperity. Based on the realistic basis of China’s path, China’s situation and China’s advantages, digital economy mainly realizes balanced economic growth justice through market re-transformation, fiscal efficiency, value re-reconstruction, fiscal efficiency optimization and social equity.
