构建中国特色社会主义社会工作的重要性日益凸显,但至今本土社会工作与专业社会工作之间的张力仍然存在,专业社会工作的“嵌入”往往会遇到本土化的难题,本土社会工作“转型”也会遭遇专业化的困境。将社会工作视为一种“方法”是突破专业化难题与本土化困境、实现专业社会工作与本土社会工作融合的关键。追根溯源,无论是在西方国家还是在中国,社会工作均是作为一种“方法”而产生,“方法”是其本质属性。因此,构建中国特色社会主义社会工作,应做到专业社会工作与本土社会工作“方法的互构”。

The importance of construction of socialist social work with Chinese characteristics has become increasingly prominent. But to this day, the tension between local social work and professional social work still exists. The embedding of professional social work often encounters localization problems, and the transformation of local social work also encounters the difficulties of professionalization. Regarding social work as a method is the key to breaking through the dilemma of specialization and localization and realizing the integration of professional social work and local social work. Tracing back to the source, whether in Western countries or China, social work is produced as a method, and method is its essential attribute. Therefore, to construct socialist social work with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to inter-construct methods between professional social work and local social work.
