区域监督模式对健康管理中心体检及服务质量的影响

Effects of regional supervision mode on the physical examination and service quality of the health management center

目的探讨区域监督模式对健康管理中心体检服务质量的影响。方法选取健康管理中心接受体检的120例志愿者,随机抽签分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组接受常规健康中心护理管理服务,研究组接受健康管理中心区域监督模式服务管理,并对2组志愿者管理干预后各项指标进行调查和分析。结果研究组志愿者的体检服务质量评估结果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组志愿者的管理服务质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组服务不良事件、纠纷事件的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组志愿者的基础健康知识考核分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在健康管理中心采取区域监督模式,可以提升中心体检质量、以及服务质量,加强中心体检人员对基础健康知识的掌握,并降低中心出现的不良事件、或是纠纷事件的可能性,具有极高的健康管理价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of regional supervision mode on the physical examination and service quality of the health management center.Methods A total of 120 volunteers who underwent physical examination in health management center from January 2020 to August 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 60 subjects in each group.The volunteers in control group received routine health center nursing management service,however,those in research group received regional supervision mode service management.After intervention the related indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical examination service quality and management service quality in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the incidence rates of service adverse events and disputes in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the checking scores of basic health knowledge in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of regional supervision model in health management center can improve the quality of the center’s physical examination and service,strengthen the grasp of basic health knowledge by the physical examiners,and reduce the incidence of adverse events or disputes in the center,therefore,it has higher application value.
