摘要
维生素D是一类由固醇衍生而来的脂溶性维生素,主要作用是调节钙、磷代谢,促进骨胳发育,然而其生物活性形式[1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)]对肿瘤细胞生长分化的调节作用逐渐引起人们的重视。维生素D在乳腺癌、结肠癌、前列腺癌和胰腺癌发病机制中的作用已被证实,但对于维生素D与甲状腺癌的关系仍在研究中。现就相关研究进展予以综述,涉及维生素D在甲状腺癌中的作用机制,并为甲状腺癌的防治提供帮助。
Vitamin D is a kind of fat-soluble vitamins derived from sterols.Its main role is to regulate the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus,and to promote the skeletal development.However,its bioactive form[1,25(OH)_(2)D_(3)]has gradually attracted people’s attention for its regulatory effects on the growth and differentiation of tumor cells.The effects of vitamin D in breast cancer,colon cancer,prostate cancer and pancreatic cancer have been demonstrated,however,the correlation between vitamin D and thyroid cancer is still in the study.In this article,the related research progress is summarized,involving the action mechanism of vitamin D in thyroid cancer,which wii provide help for the early prevention and treatment of thyroid cancer.
