富血小板血浆在瘢痕防治中的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of platelet-rich plasma in the prevention and treatment of scar

瘢痕是机体组织损伤修复的必然结果。过度的瘢痕带来的瘙痒、疼痛、外观损害以及功能障碍是造成患者心理和生理上的痛苦的重要原因。富血小板血浆(PRP)是自体血液中提取血小板及血浆浓缩物,具有丰富的生长因子、减少炎症、胶原合成及重塑等优势,作为一种治疗瘢痕的新方法在临床取得显著疗效。本文就PRP对瘢痕防治的作用机制及临床应用进行综述。

Scar is the inevitable result of tissue damage and repair.The pruritus,pain,appearance damage and dysfunction caused by excessive scar are the important reasons for the psychological and physical pain of patients.The platelet-rich plasma(PRP)is a platelet and plasma concentrate extracted from autologous blood,which is rich in growth factors,and gas the advantages of reducing inflammation,collagen synthesis and remodeling.As a new method for treating scar,which has achieved significant clinical efficacy.This article reviews the action mechanism and clinical application of PRP in the prevention and treatment of scar.
