摘要
目的探讨知信行模式结合延续护理对慢性阻塞性疾病(COPD)患者健康行为、以及肺功能的影响。方法借助随机抽样法将2020年接受治疗的120例COPD患者分为对照组与研究组,每组60例。对照组给予治信息模式干预,研究组给予知信行模式结合延续护理干预,比较2组健康行为情况、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气中段流速均值(MMEF)]、生活质量[圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)]。结果2组患者护理前健康行为评分、肺功能指标水平、SGRQ评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组健康行为评分、肺功能指标水平、SGRQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论COPD患者临床治疗期间接受知信行模式结合延续护理干预,可促进其健康行为的养成,改善肺功能,提高日常生活质量,该联合干预模式具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of knowledge,attitude and practice mode combined with continuous nursing on the healthy behavior and lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 120 patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by treatment information mode intervention,however,those in research group were treated by knowledge,attitude and practice mode combined with continuous nursing.The health behavior status,lung function indexes including FEV1,FVC,MMEF,and life quality(SGRQ score)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in health behavior scores,lung function indexes and SGRQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the health behavior scores,lung function indexes and SGRQ scores in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of knowledge,attitude and practice mode combined with continuous nursing intervention for patients with COPD can promote the formation of healthy behaviors of patients,improve the lung function and daily life quality of patients,therefore,it is of higher clinical application value.
