摘要
大气污染问题是我国现阶段面临的最为严重的生态环境问题之一。改善环境空气质量,降低大气污染程度是民生所盼,也是当前高质量发展的迫切需求。十三五以来,我国空气质量虽逐步改善,但仍面临着诸多新问题、新挑战。现阶段大气治理工作已进入深水区,面对复合型大气污染,面对“双碳”减排目标,需要依靠科技手段深入研究大气污染形成机理,系统分析污染特征,探索PM与臭氧协同治理的方法及对策,实施探索多元化、精细化、精准化的大气污染管理管控。
Air pollution is one of the most serious ecological and environmental problems faced by China at this stage.Improving ambient air quality and reducing the degree of air pollution is not only the hope of people’s,but also the urgent need of high-quality development.Since the 13 th five year plan,although China’s air quality has been gradually improved,it still faces many new problems and challenges.At this stage,the air control work has entered the deep water area.In the face of compound air pollution and the "double carbon" emission reduction target,we need to rely on scientific and technological means to deeply study the formation mechanism of air pollution,systematically analyze the pollution characteristics,explore the methods and countermeasures for the coordinated treatment of PMand ozone,and implement diversified,refined and accurate air pollution management and control.
