摘要
利用赛默飞世尔X射线荧光光谱仪,优化该仪器最佳工作参数,建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤中砷、钡、钴、铬、铜、锰、镍、铅、钒、锌10种金属元素方法,结果表明:方法标准曲线相关系数在0.992 8~0.999 9之间,方法检出限在0.7~10.4 mg/kg之间,相对标准偏差在0.17%~7.1%之间,方法具有较好线性和准确性。按方法对不同浓度、3个具有代表性实际土壤进行测试,钡、铬、铜、锰、镍、铅、钒、锌元素最大偏差在0.2%~5.0%之间,相对标准偏差在0.16%~3.5%之间,砷和钴元素最大偏差在4.2%~8.9%之间,相对标准偏差在3.2%~6.4%之间,数据重现性好,准确度高,方法可用于土壤中钡、铬、铜、锰、镍、铅、钒、锌、砷、钴10种金属元素测定。
Thermo Fisher X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was used to optimize the best working parameters of the instrument,and an X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method was established for the determination of 10 metal elements in soil,including Arsenic,barium,cobalt,chromium,copper,manganese,nickel,lead,vanadium and zinc.The results showed that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves was between 0.9928~0.9999,detection limits was between 0.7~10.4 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviations was between 0.17%~7.1%,The method had good linearity and accuracy.The method was used to test three representative practical soils with different concentrations.The maximum deviation of barium,Chromium,copper,manganese,nickel,lead,vanadium and zinc is 0.2%~5.0% and the relative standard deviation is 0.16%~3.5%;the maximum deviation of arsenic and cobalt is 4.2%-8.9% and the relative standard deviation is 3.2%~6.4%.The data has good reproducibility and high accuracy.The method can be used for the determination of barium,Chromium,copper,manganese,nickel,lead,vanadium,zinc,arsenic and cobalt in soil.
