摘要
不锈钢在加工过程中会出现黑色、黄色的氧化皮,为了提高不锈钢的外观和耐腐蚀性,加工后的不锈钢必须进行酸洗钝化处理。经过酸洗钝化工艺后,必然会产生大量含硝酸盐、重金属以及氟化物的废水,容易对环境造成污染。本文以浙江某不锈钢生产企业为例,从废水来源、处理过程、经济效益等方面详细介绍了废水处理站的设计。经过调试,企业的出水满足环保要求,系统运行稳定,操作方便。
Black and yellow oxide scale will appear in the processing of stainless steel,in order to improve the appearance and corrosion resistance of stainless steel,the stainless steel must be treated by acid cleaning and passivation.After pickling and passivation process,a lot of wastewater containing nitrate,heavy metal and fluoride will be produced,which will pollute the environment easily.This paper introduces the design of wastewater treatment station in detail from the aspects of wastewater source,treatment process and economic benefit in a stainless steel production enterprise in Zhejiang.After debugging,the effluent meets the requirements of environmental protection,the system runs stably and the operation is convenient.
