Research on Deepening the Reform of Administrative Law Enforcement System to Enhance the Ability of Ecological Environmental Protection and Governance

在全国生态文明建设的大环境下,本文对生态环境保护行政执法体制存在的问题进行剖析,研究并提出健全和完善生态环境保护的法律法规体系、建立健全生态环境损害赔偿磋商制度、积极引导社会大众共同参与生态文明建设、应用科学技术手段提升行政执法质量四条建议,对生态环境保护行政执法体制改革具有一定的指导意义。

Based on the construction of ecological civilization of the country’s environment,the ecological environment protection,analyzes the problems existing in the administrative law enforcement system to study and put forward the perfect ecological environment protection laws and regulations system,establish and improve the ecological environment damage compensation consultation system,and actively guide the public to participate in the ecological civilization construction,the application of science and technology means to improving the quality of administrative law enforcement four suggestions,it has certain guiding significance to the reform of administrative law enforcement system of ecological environment protection.
