中国城市群经济运行效率及其影响因素

Economic Operation Efficiency of China’s Urban Agglomeration and Its Influencing Factors

文章选取中国十一大城市群作为研究对象,运用超效率模型、Malmquist指数模型和Tobit模型对十一大城市群2001—2018年的经济运行效率进行动态和静态分析,并研究其影响因素。结果显示:整体上,中国各城市群的运行效率在稳步提升,但近几年城市群的效率差异有所扩大;城市群效率提升主要源于技术进步,规模效率的贡献偏低,技术效率的作用不断增强;劳动生产率、城市之间的互联互通是影响中国城市群效率提升的主要因素,政府调控和科技创新等因素并未产生应有的作用。

This paper takes 11 major urban agglomerations in China as the research object,uses super efficiency model,Malmquist index model and Tobit model to analyze the dynamic and static economic operation efficiency of the 11 urban agglomer-ations from 2001 to 2018,and study its influencing factors.The results go as below:On the whole,the operation efficiency of Chi-na’s urban agglomerations is steadily improving,but in recent years,the efficiency difference of urban agglomerations has expand-ed.The improvement of urban agglomeration efficiency mainly comes from technological progress;the contribution of scale effi-ciency is low,and the role of technical efficiency is strengthened.Labor productivity and connectivity between cities are the main factors affecting the efficiency improvement of urban agglomerations in China,while government regulation and technological inno-vation have not played their due role.
