医药中间体2,4,5-三氟-3-甲氧基苯甲酸的合成路线及应用研究进展

摘要 介绍了国内外关于2,4,5-三氟-3-甲氧基苯甲酸的合成技术进展。按使用初始原料的不同对2,4,5-三氟-3-甲氧基苯甲酸的合成方法进行了分类叙述,并对其下游应用状况进行了研究。近年来,作为加替沙星、巴洛沙星等氟喹诺酮类抗生素的重要中间体,2,4,5-三氟-3-甲氧基苯甲酸的需求量也在逐年增加,因此应紧密跟踪当前2,4,5-三氟-3-甲氧基苯甲酸的研究状况,加强对其开发研究。 The progress of synthesis technology of 2,4,5-trifluoro-3-methoxybenzoic acid at home and abroad is introduced.The methods of 2,4,5-trifluoro-3-methoxybenzoic acid are classified according to the different raw materials used.As an important intermediate of fluoroquinolone antibiotics such as Gatifloxacin and Balofloxacin,the demand of 2,4,5-trifluoro-3-methoxybenzoic acid is increasing in recent years,therefore,we should closely follow the current research situation of 2,4,5-trifluoro-3-methoxybenzoic acid and strengthen its development and research.
