气相色谱法测定污水中的烃类

摘要 用气相色谱法建立了污水中烃类的定量分析方法,可快速判定污水中烃类的峰面积,并通过红外测油仪定量分析污水中烃类的含量。将定量完成的样品作为标准样品,稀释形成梯度浓度,然后根据峰面积与含量做出校正曲线,计算出烃类的含量判定装置是否存在漏点。方法分析时间短,具有良好的重复性和较高的检测灵敏度,检出限最低可达0.8 mL/m^(3),定量的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=5)。 A quantitative analysis method of hydrocarbon impurities in sewage is established by gas chromatography,which can quickly determine the peak area of hydrocarbons in sewage.The content of hydrocarbons in sewage is quantitatively analyzed by infrared oil meter.The quantitatively finished sample is used as a standard sample,diluted to form a gradient concentration,and a correction curve is made according to the peak area and content to calculate whether there is a leak in the hydrocarbon content determination device.The analysis time of this method is short,and tetrachloroethylene is not used to reduce the toxicity to human body.The method has good repeatability and high detection sensitivity,the lowest detection limit can reach 0.8 mL/m^(3),and the relative standard deviation of quantification is less than 5%(n=5).
