摘要
用微波碱熔消解土壤代替传统高温设备消解,用NaOH(GR级)代替Na_(2)O或HF+HClO_(4)。该消解方法安全轻松、省时、成本低、不接触高温设备、基本无环境污染和对操作人员危害小。配合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)使用,测定结果与NY/T 87-1988方法测定结果比较,无显著性差异,相对标准偏差RSD=1.82%,加标回收率在94.5%~105%。为快速测定土壤中全钾找到了一种安全简单可靠的方法。
Digestion of samples is cumbersome and time-consuming.According to relevant literature experiments,microwave alkali melting digestion of soil is designed to replace traditional high-temperature equipment for digestion.The experiment shows that alkali melting digestion conditions can be carried out.NaOH(GR grade)is used to replace Na_(2)O or HF+HClO_(4).The digestion method is safe,easy,time-saving,low-cost,and does not contact high-temperature equipment.It is basically free of environmental pollution and does little harm to operators.When used with inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP),there is no significant difference between the determination results and the determination results of NY/T 87-1988 method.The relative standard deviation is RSD=1.82%,and the spiked recovery is 94.5%~105%.It has found a safe,simple and reliable method for rapid determination of total potassium in soil.
