摘要
在密闭装车系统回收含苯油气时,不能应用传统的回收方案,否则无法回收油气中的苯,所以需要根据含苯油气的蒸汽组分与冷凝特性制定新的回收方案,提升苯的回收率。借鉴轻烃回收工艺原理,根据含苯油气的特点构建含苯油气回收参数模型,并制定回收方案。从回收方案应用结果来看,在单独装车状态下可以将苯的回收率提升至81.7%,在同时装车的状态下可以将苯的回收率提升至94.5%,有效解决了含苯油气回收的问题。在制定密闭装车系统含苯油气回收方案时,需要优化压缩机出口压力值等参数,提高油气中苯的回收率。
In the application of closed loading system to recover benzene oil,gas can not be used in the traditional recovery scheme,otherwise benzene in oil and gas can not be recovered,so it is necessary to develop a new recovery scheme according to the vapor composition and condensation characteristics of benzene oil and gas,to improve the recovery of benzene.According to the research results,the recovery parameter model of benzene-containing oil and gas should be established according to the characteristics of benzene-containing oil and gas by referring to the principle of light hydrocarbon recovery process.From the application results of the recovery scheme,the benzene recovery rate can be increased to 81.7%in the state of loading alone,and 94.5%in the state of loading at the same time,effectively solving the problem of benzene oil and gas recovery.It is necessary to optimize the compressor outlet pressure value and other parameters to improve the recovery of benzene in oil and gas when making the recovery plan of benzene contained oil and gas in closed loading system.
