摘要 以某化工厂甲醇精馏工艺过程为研究对象,运用HAZOP分析确定了偏差,通过Aspen Plus建立了精馏模型,并对精馏系统进行模拟与优化。通过模拟塔内关键参数,如温度、压力、流量、气液相组成等分布情况,分析了参数对甲醇精馏工艺的影响。实现了甲醇精馏定量化风险分析,保证管控关键参数在合理的范围内,确保安全生产,避免事故的发生,从而为企业提供有效的安全防范措施。 Taking the methanol distillation process of a chemical plant as the research object,HAZOP analysis is used to determine the deviation.The distillation model is established through Aspen Plus to simulate and optimize the distillation system,simulate the distribution of key parameters in the tower,such as temperature,pressure,flow and gas-liquid composition,analyze the influence of parameters on the methanol distillation process,realize the quantitative risk analysis of methanol distillation,and control the key parameters within a reasonable range,Ensure the actual production safety and avoid accidents,so as to provide effective safety precautions for enterprises.
