摘要
某炼厂渣油加氢装置加热炉运行过程中,存在主火嘴枪头与燃烧器杆螺纹连接处着火、燃料气金属软管泄漏、火嘴频繁结焦堵塞、烟气中一氧化碳和氧含量均偏高等问题,对比进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。
According to the problems existing in the heating furnace operation of residual oil hydrogenation unit in a refinery,such as fire at the threaded connection between the main nozzle and burner rod,leakage of fuel gas metal hose,frequent coking blockage of the nozzle,and high carbon monoxide and oxygen content in the flue gas.This paper analyzes and puts forward corresponding solutions.
