智能物联时代用户体验设计人才的知识体系

THE KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM OF USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN TALENTS IN THE ERA OF INTELLIGENT INTERNET OF THINGS

为应对智能物联网系统对用户体验设计人才的要求,建立相应的人才培养知识体系。论文调研了用户体验设计人才培养的现状,解构了智能物联网系统的构成要素及其与人的交互关系,融合了实体产品设计和软件产品设计的课程体系,辅之以服务设计思维。构建出面向智能物联网时代的用户体验设计人才知识体系,并基于设计案例详细分析了具体的设计知识和技能要求。新构建的人才培养知识体系能有效弥补当前用户体验设计人才培养的不足。

In order to cope with the requirements of the intelligent Internet of Things system for user experience design talents,a corresponding talent training knowledge system was constructed.The paper investigates the current situation of user experience design talent training,deconstructs the constituent elements of intelligent Internet of Things system and its interaction relationship with people,and integrates the curriculum system of physical product design and software product design,supplemented by service design thin king.The results construct a knowledge system for user experience design talents in the era of intelligent I nternet of Things,and analyze the specific design knowledge and skill requirements in detail based on design cases.The newly constructed talent training knowledge system can effectively make up for the current lack of user experience design talent training.
