摘要
演艺类建筑通常采用房中房结构形式以满足声学要求。混凝土结构顶部设置大跨度钢结构,大跨度钢结构竖向支撑(外框柱及支撑)构件底部设置球型支座群与混凝土结构连接的铰接体系,施工中结合施工模拟分析计算,确定施工过程对球型支座性能的影响分析,大跨度钢结构施工过程对竖向支撑(外框柱及支撑)构件的影响,确定球型支座临时加固板的规格及数量,针对不同施工过程采用相应的加固方法,实践证明可保证支座安装初始状态精度及服役期安全性能,从而保证大跨度钢结构安全可靠。
Performance architecture usually adopts room in room structure to meet the acoustic requirements.A large-span steel structure is set at the top of the concrete structure,and an articulated system connecting the spherical bearing group and the concrete structure is set at the bottom of the vertical support(outer frame column and support)members of the large-span steel structure.During the construction,combined with the construction simulation analysis and calculation,the impact of the construction process on the performance of the spherical bearing is determined,and the impact of the construction process of the large-span steel structure on the vertical support(outer frame column and support)members is analyzed.The specification and quantity of the temporary reinforcement plates of spherical bearings are determined,and the corresponding reinforcement methods are adopted for different construction processes.The practice has proved that the accuracy of the initial state of the installation of bearings and the safety performance during the service period can be guaranteed,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of long-span steel structures.
