拧扭微曲面异形三角棱柱铝板幕墙系统质量控制方法研究

TALKING ABOUT QUALITY CONTROL POINTS OF BROKEN LINE TRIANGLE ALUMINUM PLATE

铝板幕墙因其轻质耐腐蚀等特性,在金属幕墙施工中占主导地位。其中异形铝板金属幕墙,因其外观形状多样,同时可以与玻璃幕墙和石材幕墙巧妙地结合,被广泛应用。但由于设计手段的数字化发展迅速,而生产领域的工业化发展相对不完善,在曲面、非标准化的铝板加工、生产、质量验收标准等方面均存在行业短板,给异形铝板金属幕墙的精细化管理带来了一些困难。结合城市副中心剧院项目外幕墙设计与施工过程中遇到的问题,对拧扭微曲面三角铝折板质量管理进行探讨。

Aluminum curtain wall is dominant in the construction of metal curtain wall because of its light weight and corrosion resistance.Among them,the special-shaped aluminum sheet metal curtain wall is widely used because of its various appearance and shape,and can be skillfully combined with glass curtain wall and stone curtain wall.However,due to the rapid development of digital design methods and the relatively imperfect industrial development in the production field,there are industry shortcomings in curved surfaces,non-standardized aluminum sheet processing,production,and quality acceptance standards,which provide refined management of special-shaped aluminum sheet metal curtain walls some difficulties.Based on the problems encountered in the design and construction of the outer curtain wall of the urban sub-center theater project,this paper discusses the quality management of twisted micro-curved triangular aluminum folded plates.
