外墙保温系统裂缝防治与质量控制措施

PREVENTION AND QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES FOR CRACKING IN EXTERIOR WALL THERMAL INSULATION SYSTEM

外墙保温是建筑节能的主要措施,是将保温材料通过粘贴、锚栓锚固方法置于外墙外侧,以增强建筑保温隔热的节能性能。裂缝问题在外墙保温工程的质量通病较为突出,是外墙保温工程要解决的主要问题。针对外墙保温体系的裂缝,着重探讨裂缝产生原因及针对性的防控措施,施工过程中通过基层处理控制、锚定节点细化、窗口变形缝阴阳角细部节点把控等措施加强保温裂缝防治和墙面平整度控制,以提升大面积保温墙面施工质量。

Exterior wall thermal insulation is one of the main measures for saving building energy by placing thermal insulation materials on the outside of the exterior wall through pasting and anchoring to enhance the energy-saving performance of building thermal insulation.Most prominent in the common quality problems of exterior wall thermal insulation,cracking is a major defect to be resolved in exterior wall thermal insulation projects.The study focuses on the causes for cracks in the exterior wall thermal insulation system and the prevention and control measures.Specifically,during the construction process by controlling base treatment,refining anchored connections,and controlling the detail connections in windows,movement joints,and inside and outside corners,the cracking in thermal insulation can be further prevented and the wall flatness can be controlled to improve the construction quality of large area thermal insulation walls.
