摘要
在城市副中心歌剧院工程钢结构屋盖施工过程控制需求分析的基础上,提出并开发了基于无线传输、云平台存储、实时报警预警等新技术的大跨钢结构屋盖卸载施工监测平台,并将其在歌剧院钢结构屋盖施工过程中进行推广应用。结果表明:该系统理论清晰、实施方便,施工过程中的数据稳定无异常,能够进行远程数据自动采集、传输、存储、分析和反馈,对施工过程的控制更全面更有效;施工结束后对监测数据进行分析可定量判定施工质量;城市副中心歌剧院工程钢结构卸载前后各杆件应力变动最大不足20 MPa,与理论值比较吻合,说明施工质量较好,该监测技术可为今后类似项目提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the demand analysis of the construction process control of the steel structure roof of the opera house in Beijing Sub Center,a long-span steel structure roof unloading construction monitoring platform is proposed and developed based on new technologies such as wireless transmission,cloud platform storage,real-time alarm and early warning.The results show that the system has clear theory and convenient implementation.The data in the construction process is stable and normal.It can carry out remote data automatic collection,transmission,storage,analysis and feedback.The control of the construction process is more comprehensive and effective.The analysis of the monitoring data after the construction can quantitatively determine the construction quality.The maximum stress of the steel structure of Beijing Sub Center Opera House before and after unloading is less than 20 MPa,which is consistent with the theoretical value,indicating that the quality of the construction is better.This monitoring technology can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
