基于北斗系统的钢结构施工位形监测技术研究

摘要 针对城市副中心剧院项目钢结构位形难以实时获取的技术难题,开展了基于北斗导航系统的相关研究,并形成了数据自动化采集、传输、存储和分析的北斗位形监测方法,实现实时获取钢结构施工过程中敏感位置的位形数据,并给出了钢结构位形监测的注意事项和建议,保证了钢结构施工过程的安全可靠。经使用表明,在钢结构施工全过程,北斗位形监测系统保持稳定工作,实测数据与现场情况一致,验证了该系统的有效性。通过定性和定量分析可知钢结构施工安全可控、质量精准实现。 Aiming at the technical problem that the steel structure configuration of Beijing subsidiary administrative center theater project is difficult to obtain in real-time,researches have been carried out based on BDS,and the Beidou configuration monitoring method for automatic data acquisition,transmission,storage and analysis has been formed,which can obtain configuration data of the sensitive position in steel structure during the construction.Additionally,the precautions and suggestions are given to ensure the safety and reliability of the construction process.The application shows that the Beidou configuration monitoring system works stably during the whole construction process,the measured data agree with the actual situation,which verifies the effectiveness of the system.In terms of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the construction reports good results and the steel structure is in a safe state.
