单脊双曲面单层网壳测量监测技术

摘要 城市副中心剧院项目钢结构屋盖呈双曲面、单脊双坡造型的箱形梁单层钢网壳,是典型的大跨度空间结构,屋脊构件最大跨度达155 m,弯弧梁长度共计约12000 m,空间关系复杂,施工过程时变性强,施工风险因素多。通过测量监测数据与施工仿真模拟数据的对比,实现大跨度空间结构测量监测预警,并详述了监测方法、监测频率以及施工安全质量控制结果,以期为相关工程提供可借鉴的经验。 The steel structure roof of the city sub-center theater project is a hyperboloid,single ridge and double slope shaped box beam single layer steel mesh shell,which is a typical large span space structure.The maximum span of ridge members is 155 m.The length of curved beam is about 12000 m.The spatial relationship is complex.The construction process is time-varying.There are many construction risk factors.By comparing the measurement and monitoring data with the construction simulation data,the monitoring and early warning of long-span space structure is realized,and the monitoring method,monitoring frequency and construction safety quality control results are described in detail,in order to provide reference experience for related projects.
