摘要 剧院项目采用不规则双曲网格钢结构屋盖体系,屋面造型复杂、交叉工序多,对加工制作的精度要求高,施工精度与变形控制难度极大,目前尚无业内经验可供参考。项目从设计、施工、竣工交付、运维阶段综合利用BIM和相关智能建造技术开展钢结构全寿命期的综合应用,取得了良好的成效。 The theater project adopts the irregular hyperbolic grid steel structure roof system.The roof shape is complex and there are many cross processes.It has high requirements for the accuracy of processing and manufacturing,and it is very difficult to control the construction accuracy and deformation.At present,there is no industry experience for reference.The project has comprehensively utilized BIM and relevant intelligent construction technology to carry out the comprehensive application of steel structure in the whole life cycle from the stages of design,construction,completion delivery and operation and maintenance,and achieved good results.
