PKD2基因突变相关的胎儿产前超声表型及遗传学分析1例

A case of fetal prenatal ultrasound phenotype and genetic analysis related to PKD2 gene mutation

PKD2 基因突变相关的常染色体显性多囊肾病(autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease,ADPKD)2 型,多为成人起病,且进展为终末期肾衰竭的平均年龄较晚,产前诊断病例罕有报道。本案例对1 例妊娠19 +周起超声提示为肾实质回声增强的胎儿及相关家族成员行影像学检查及遗传学检查。
