摘要 在长久的发展过程中,巴蜀文化中的川剧文化、青铜器雕刻文化得到了传承与发展,并逐步成为巴蜀地区的文化代名词。同时,受到区域气候、地势等特征的影响,巴蜀地区自身的建筑也极具特色。本研究以现代主题餐厅为例,结合顾客导向原则、实用性原则、便利性原则等,从就餐区、后厨、卫生间、候餐区等功能分区出发,对巴蜀文化元素在餐饮空间设计中的影响进行系统的探索,旨在突出该餐厅的特色,并形成文化传播与传承的互动作用。 In the long process of development, Sichuan Opera Culture and bronze carving culture in Bashu culture have been inherited and developed, and gradually become the cultural synonym of Bashu region. At the same time, affected by the regional climate, terrain and other characteristics, the buildings in Bashu area are also very unique. Taking the modern theme restaurant as an example, combined with the principles of customer orientation, practicality and convenience, this study systematically explores the impact of Bashu cultural elements on the design of catering space from the functional zoning of dining area, kitchen, bathroom and dining area, with the purpose of highlighting the characteristics of the restaurant and forming the interactive role of cultural transmission and inheritance.
