The paper clarifies the concept and connotation of electronic record,analyzes the"three elements"of the legal effect of electronic record,namely electronic record,hand signature,and original record.It puts forward that the management departments and blood stations should work together to make joint efforts to advance the electronic process of the blood station business from the regulations,data standards,comprehensive confirmation,electronic record management and electronic signature.
