摘要
淫羊藿苷是广泛存在于中草药淫羊藿中的黄酮苷类化合物的衍生物,在骨质疏松症、骨质硬化症以及骨关节炎等骨代谢性疾病的治疗中发挥重要作用。淫羊藿苷主要通过激活骨重建、刺激BMSCs分化为成骨细胞以及抑制骨吸收等途径达到治疗疾病的目的。充分了解并掌握其作用机制,将有助于人类疾病的诊疗、减少病人痛苦、为人类社会谋福祉。以骨质疏松症为例对淫羊藿苷在骨代谢疾病中的作用及调节机制作一简要综述,以期为骨质疏松等疾病的防治提供临床参考。
Icariin is a derivative of flavone glycosides widely existing in Chinese herb icarii,which plays an important role in the treatment of bone metabolic diseases such as osteoporosis,osteosclerosis and osteoarthritis.Icariin is mainly used to treat diseases by activating bone reconstruction,stimulating BMSCs to differentiate into osteoblasts and inhibiting bone resorption.A full understanding and knowledge of its mechanism of action will contribute to the treatment of human diseases,the reduction of patient suffering,and the well-being of human society.Taking osteoporosis as an example,this paper briefly reviews the role of icariin in bone metabolic diseases and its regulatory mechanism in order to provide clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and other diseases.
