摘要
在一般的中小型选矿厂,经常选用到MQG3660格子型球磨机。这种球磨机机械结构比较简单、设备故障比较少、操作维修比较方便、处理能力比较大,日处理量可达1800 t左右。在湖南黄金集团公司旗下的辰州矿业有限责任公司湘安钨业选矿厂选用了1台MQG3660格子型球磨机。研究了MQG3660格子型球磨机传动小齿轮轴承座的机械结构、分析了零件受力、找到了设计缺陷、提出了改进措施、解决了断齿故障。
In small and medium-sized concentrators,the MQG3660 grid ball mill,which has simple mechanical structure,less failure,convenient operation and maintenance,large processing capacity,daily capacity up to about 1800 tons,is often selected.There is a MQG3660 grid ball mill in Xiang’an Tungsten Industry Concentrator of Chenzhou Mining Co.,Ltd.,a subsidiary of Hunan Gold Group Corporation.The mechanical structure of drive pinion bearing seat on MQG3660 grid ball mill is studied,the stress of parts is analyzed,the design defects are found,the improvement measures are put forward,and the tooth fracture fault is solved.
