社区“互联网+垃圾分类”服务设计研究

垃圾分类是当前社会关注的热点话题,我国有将近三分之二的城市都面临着垃圾分类问题。因此,通过预见未来以及结合当下趋势,我们围绕垃圾分类开展智能化服务设计,提升现代生活环境的质量和水平。基于“互联网+”的理念,探讨一种侧重于社区居民的垃圾分类服务模式,通过信息化数据为媒介预测出居民日常生活垃圾的产出,运用社区"互联网+垃圾分类"服务设计系统,形成线上预约、线下引导的可持续发展设计,从而促使居民树立垃圾分类处理的正确观念。信息技术的发展推动线上、线下的有机结合,构建利益相关者互利共赢的生态系统,改善居民垃圾分类的困境。

Garbage classification is a hot topic in the current society.Nearly two-thirds of cities in China are facing the problem of garbage classification.Therefore,by foreseeing the future and combining with current trends,we carry out intelligent service design around waste classification to improve the quality and level of modern living environment.Based on the concept of"Internet+",this paper discusses a garbage classification service mode that focuses on community residents,predicts the output of residents'daily garbage through information data as a medium,and uses the community"Internet+garbage classification"service design system to form the sustainable development design of online appointment and offline guidance to encourages residents to establish a correct concept of garbage sorting and disposal.The development of information technology promotes the organic combination of online and offline,builds a mutually beneficial and win-win ecosystem for stakeholders,and improves the dilemma of residents'garbage classification.
