泸州市国土空间规划“一张图”信息系统的总体设计与建设实践

Overall Design and Construction Practice of"One Map"Information System for Luzhou Land Space Planning

国家信息化战略要求、新时代自然资源统一管理都在推动着自然资源信息化的发展。文章以泸州地方实践,设计泸州市国土空间规划“一张图”信息系统总体架构,以各种空间数据为基础,搭建“一张图”、“一平台”和“双应用系统”,提高市国土空间用途管制能力,提升空间治理现代化水平,为其他市县级国土空间信息化提供借鉴和思路。

The requirements of national informatization strategy and the unified management of natural resources in the new era are promoting the development of natural resource informatization.Based on the local practice of Luzhou,this paper designs the overall architecture of the"one map"information system for Luzhou's land space planning,and builds"one map","one platform"and"double application system"based on various spatial data,so as to improve the city's land and space use control ability,improve the modernization level of space governance,and provide reference and ideas for the informatization of land and space at other cities and counties.
