摘要
企业针对材料进行可控预算离不开成本与损耗之间的制衡,本文搜集供应商供货情况,评估供货能力。通过关联度量化起到一个宏观把控作用,将持续时间与减少损耗相结合思考问题。继而对目标模型进行优化并建立多目标规划模型,考虑问题影响因素的优先度和集体的权重关系。制定出压缩生产成本,减少转运及仓库成本的最终方案。
The controllable budget for materials cannot be separated from the balance between cost and loss.This paper collects the supply situation of supplies and evaluates the supply capacity.Through correlation quantification,it plays a macro-control role,combining duration and reducing loss to think about problems.Then the objective model is optimized and a multi-objective programming model is established.This paper considers the priority and collective weighting relationships of problem influencing factors.A final solution is developed to compress production costs and reduce transshipment and warehouse costs.
