摘要
为了研究特厚煤层条件下冲击地压防治及效果,以宽沟煤矿某个综放工作面为例。该工作面煤层顶板坚硬,并且厚度大,具有强冲击性,工作面回采后顶板不易垮落,形成大面积悬顶,工作面漏风严重,同时引起工作面次生灾害(瓦斯超限、采空区自燃)。为了保证工作面安全生产,对工作面顶板进行超前爆破,通过工作面支架阻力、微震监测及钻孔窥视等技术分析了爆破效果,结果表明超前预裂爆破效果很好。对宽沟煤矿的安全生产和生产接续具有重要的指导作用。
In order to study the prevention and effect of rock burst under the condition of extra thick coal seam,a fully mechanized caving face in Kuangou Coal Mine was taken as an example.The coal seam roof of this working face is hard,with a large thickness and strong impact.After the working face is mined,the roof is not easy to collapse,forming a large area of overhanging roof,and there is serious air leakage at the working face.And at the same time,it causes disasters on the working face(gas exceeding the limit,spontaneous combustion in the goaf).In order to ensure the safe production of the working face,advanced blasting was carried out on the roof of the working face,and the blasting effect was analyzed by techniques such as working face support resistance,microseismic monitoring and drilling peeping.The results showed that the advanced pre-split blasting effect was very good.It plays an important guiding role in the safe production and production continuity of Kuangou Coal Mine.
