粉质粘土地层泥浆处理技术的应用分析

摘要 为解决粉质黏土地层泥水盾构施工这一行业内的难题,通过对杭州8号线SG8-2项目泥浆处理技术进行研究,调整盾构机刀盘转速及搅拌器速度、增加刮泥装置,优化泥水设备分离效率、定期清理沉淀池和废浆池、将压滤滤液水调浆改成清水调浆、优化压滤机浆液改良工艺等一系列解决方案,有效控制泥水盾构长距离粉质黏土地层掘进的泥浆指标,整个环流系统的恶性循环运行状态得到极大的改善,设备故障率明显降低,盾构施工效率显著提高。 In order to solve the industry problem of muddy water shield construction in powdered clay stratum,through a series of solutions such as studying the mud treatment technology of SG8-2 project of Hangzhou Line 8,adjusting the rotational speed of shield machine blade and agitator speed,increasing the mud scraping device,optimizing the separation efficiency of mud and water equipment,regularly cleaning the sedimentation pond and waste slurry pond,changing the water transfer slurry of filter press filtrate to clear water transfer slurry,optimizing the slurry improvement process of filter press,etc.,the mud index of long-distance mud and water shield tunneling in powdered clay stratum is effectively controlled,the vicious cycle operation state of the whole circulation system is greatly improved,the equipment failure rate is significantly reduced,and the shield construction efficiency is significantly improved.
