针对仪器仪表行业为满足智能化、高端化、高性能升级的需求,解决产品工艺、制造技术、生产模式等共性问题,本文以云制造支撑平台为核心,研究行业通用化、可复制的智能工厂新模式,助力仪器仪表行业打造智能工厂、云制造工厂、无人工厂,赋能传统仪器仪表企业向服务性制造的转型升级。

In order to meet the needs of intelligent,high-end and high-performance upgrading of the instrument industry and solve common problems such as product technology,manufacturing technology and production mode,this paper takes the cloud manufacturing support platform as the core,studies the new model of intelligent factory that can be generalized and replicated in the industry,helps the instrument industry to build intelligent factory,cloud manufacturing factory and unmanned factory,and enables the transformation and upgrading of traditional instrument enterprises to service manufacturing.
