建筑领域钻孔灌注桩基础施工技术应用策略研究

在如今我国高层建筑、铁路桥梁等建筑需求日益增长的情况下,高效应用钻孔灌注桩基础施工技术对提升建筑工程施工质量、施工效率有着重要意义。文章首先介绍了钻孔灌注桩基础施工技术的内涵、应用意义和施工难点,以某建筑工程项目为对象,依照该技术在建筑领域应用中的工艺流程,重点探究了钻孔灌注桩基础施工技术的应用策略与相关环节中的技术要点,并进一步检验了该施工项目中钻孔灌注桩基础施工技术的应用效果,通过钻孔取芯检测出试样均有着较高的强度,且较为密实、完整,满足建筑工程施工要求,该技术的高效应用可促进建筑工程的施工质量。

With the increasing demand for high-rise buildings,railway bridges and other buildings in China,the efficient application of bored pile foundation construction technology is of great significance to improve the construction quality and construction efficiency of construction projects.This article first introduces the connotation,application significance and construction difficulties of bored pile foundation construction technology.Taking a construction project as the object,according to the technological process of the application of the technology in the construction field,this article mainly explores the application strategy of the construction technology of the bored pile foundation and the technical points in the related links,and further tests the application effect of bored pile foundation construction technology in this construction project.The samples tested by drilling cores have high strength,and are relatively dense and complete,which meets the construction requirements of the construction project.The efficient application of this technology can promote the construction quality of the construction project.
