This paper will take Urumqi Nanhu Square as an example, first analyze the current situation of Nanhu Square in Urumqi, Xinjiang to explore the significance of research, starting from the design principle of children’s activity space,analyze the needs of children’s activity area, summarize the lack of venues and put forward relevant suggestions and summarize the basic design direction.
