基于教师信息技术能力提升的实训平台建设与应用

Construction and Application of Actual Training Platform for the Improvement of Teachers’ Information Technology Capability

以面向本地区提升教师信息技术能力的实训平台建设为例,提出了师范院校在校生信息技术课程学习和在职教师培训均适用、线上线下结合并且可根据需要不断完善的信息技术能力提升实训平台的建设方案,并介绍了平台的研究特色和应用效果,以及利用平台开展相关教学应用在人才培养、教学改革等方面取得的成效,以期为同类院校实训平台的建设和应用提供可行思路。

Taking the actual training platform construction for improving information technology ability of teachers in this region as an example,this paper proposes a construction scheme of information technology capability improvement actual training platform,which can be universally adopted for serve teachers training and internal students information technology course learning at normal universities.It combines online with offline and can be continuously improved according to the needs.It introduces the research characteristics and application effect of the platform,and the achievements in talent cultivation and teaching reform and other aspects by using platform to carry out relevant teaching applications,in order to provide feasible ideas for the construction and application of actual training platform of similar universities.
