粗硒渣中湿法脱汞的工艺试验研究

摘要 本文介绍了一种氧化挥发-硫化沉淀-铁盐絮凝工艺脱除粗硒渣中汞的试验研究,实现粗硒渣中硒汞分离,为采用真空蒸馏技术生产3N Se提供原料。研究考察反应时间、硫化铵加入量、硫酸亚铁加入量、反应温度以及pH值对粗硒渣中汞脱除效果的影响。研究结果表明,按照硫化铵实际用量/理论用量=2.5,硫酸亚铁浓度80mg/L,反应温度60℃,反应时间30min,pH为8,汞的脱除率可达95%以上。 This paper introduces an experimental study on the removal of mercury from crude selenium residue by oxidation volatilization-sulfide precipitation-iron salt flocculation process,so as to realize the separation of selenium and mercury from crude selenium residue and provide raw materials for the production of 3N Se by vacuum distillation technology.The effects of reaction time,the amount of ammonium sulfide,the amount of ferrous sulfate,reaction temperature and pH value on the removal of mercury from crude selenium residue were investigated.The results show that according to the actual dosage/theoretical dosage of ammonium sulfide=2.5,the concentration of ferrous sulfate is 80mg/L,the reaction temperature is 60℃,the reaction time is 30min,and the pH is 8,the removal rate of mercury can reach more than 95%.
