Production practice of steam drying system in a copper company

本文介绍了某铜业公司蒸汽干燥系统自投产以来蒸汽干燥系统及两台蒸汽干燥机一直未能满负荷长周期的运行,所遇到的瓶颈及各种故障。围绕干燥系统出现的故障作出的一系列分析及改造,使得干燥系统能力进一步提升,逐步趋于稳定运行。

This paper introduces the bottleneck and various faults of the steam drying system and two steam dryers in Tongling Nonferrous Jinguan copper industry since it was put into operation.A series of analysis and transformation are made around the faults of the drying system,which further improves the capacity of the drying system and gradually tends to stable operation.
