某含砷低硫金矿石选矿生产工艺优化与实践

摘要 根据某含金含砷低硫矿矿石性质,结合实际生产情况,以现场生产原矿作为试验给矿,进行选矿生产工艺优化研究并应用到工业生产中。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-200目含量60%的条件下,以碳酸钠用量600g/t,硫酸铜用量220g/t,硫化钠用量25g/t,松醇油用量50g/t,采用一粗两扫一精的浮选流程,在原矿金品位3.16g/t时,可获得金品位18.3g/t,金回收率为84.59%的金精矿;磨矿细度可降低5%,硫酸铜用量降低30g/t,碳酸钠用量降低300g/t;经过选矿厂现场生产实践验证每年可产生经济效益145.74万元。 According to the ore properties of a gold,arsenic and low sulfur ore,combined with the actual production situation,taking the on-site raw ore as the test feed,the optimization of beneficiation production process is studied and applied to industrial production.The results show that when the grinding fineness is-200 mesh and the content is 60%,with the dosage of sodium carbonate 600g/T,copper sulfate 220g/T,sodium sulfide 25g/T and terpineol oil 50g/T,the gold concentrate with gold grade of 18.3g/t and gold recovery of 84.59%can be obtained by using the flotation process of one roughing,two scavenging and one refining at the gold level of raw ore 3.16g/t;The grinding fineness can be reduced by 5%,the dosage of copper sulfate and sodium carbonate can be reduced by 30g/T and 300g/T respectively;Through the field production practice of the concentrator,it can produce economic benefits of 1.4574 million yuan per year.
